alright noted it down. Yeah how I fixed X posts are nice. I tend to group that sort of thing into discussion since youre discussing a way to do something in the language

for help posts yeah we can require tagging. Im trying to build up a flair system for lemmy that should help eventually but I can see if I can get help posts for now started with [HELP] in the title or something similar

Ah yeah dont know how you would do it then. When im using addons ive mostly seen two different versions of the addons being made (one for 3 one for 4)

For getting assets itch.io tends to have a bunch of 2d ones https://itch.io/game-assets

For making 3d assets blender tends to be commonly used and for making 2d theres aseprite for pixel art, gimp for image manipulation, krita for traditional art, and inkscape for vector art (all of those free except aseprite)

Theres currently three learning-related communities in the instance (+1 for 4 if you include teach programming). No stupid questions is a general question one, ask experienced devs is more for cs career questions and things you want to ask to developers, and this one is more for people just starting out. I would say it can have both with more of an emphasis of people new to coding (+ being a spot for learning resources) while the others are more for once people code more

The requirements look good to help people get their stuff solved
