Death by a thousand paper cuts it is.

”A celebration of the New York Knicks' NBA championship turned tragic on Saturday in Canoga Park when Los Angeles police officers responding to a call about a screaming woman shot and killed the family dog, authorities and witnesses said.”

First sentence of the article that you didn’t read before deep-throating the boot would tell you the whole story, the what, when, where, why, and how. One click, one sentence, a second or two to read.

Counter argument- “half of all life removed at random” isn’t “half of all life planet to planet”. Maybe all our flora survived and another lost the balance. You could theoretically have a planet that lost absolutely nothing but several others were wiped out entirely to balance that.

Tim Burton’s Nightmare Before Christmas II: Home for the Holidays

It’s not like he’s do anything better, or anything other than sequels these days.

If you like this design, check out the designs by their last partner. Helped their multibillion dollar corporation make record profits! And in the end, isn’t that what it’s all about? Blindly supporting which ever titan of capitalism panders to your worldview, as if wearing over-priced shoes constructed with third world sweatshop labor is Marxist because the designer posed for his profile pic in a CCCP shirt?

There’s nothing “relatively minor” about prioritizing the quality of life of another living being that is not in a position to make choices about it’s living situation or have a means of leaving that situation, double that when the people inflicting the harm could easily take accountability and rectify their behavior if their peers would demand it of them. We’ll eventually get around to violence and destruction so if we’re going down that path might as well get some revenge on the dog beaters, factory farmers, animal testers, and trophy hunters while we’re taking down the bigots, fascists, and capitalists.

So accustomed to tweets as communication you can’t stay focused past three sentences and so failed by the education system you think less than a thousand words constitutes a dissertation? We’re cooked because we’ve rewarded low effort, low value, low comprehension zingers over putting effort into articulating the back and forth of debates. You’re not ignorant, you can read, you can debate; do it or don’t.

Llms can't even do math.

Neither can a substantial amount of high school graduates in the US. Corporate is just hedging their bets that AI does slightly closer to accurate math and that meat machines are cheaper for physical labor than having to build robots. Besides, math is unimportant to capitalism. A company that loses billions a year is still worth investing trillions in.

No. I get that it’s easier in the digital age to watch to a live stream and parrot the opinions you’ve adopted as if they’re your own, but if you want to have a stake in this movement and a say in what comes next you’re going to need to learn to read, debate, and engage. If you aren’t going to put in the effort here I have no reason to believe you’ll put in the effort when it actually matters.

I don’t recall any smoking. Not nearly as crazy violent as 300 (are we fighting, fucking, or both) and not nearly as crazy ex-gf who spent the last few hundred years plotting her revenge as she was in Dark Shadows. I’d put it squarely in an average outing with Eva- capable woman stuck in a period/system that doesn’t actually appreciate her capability even if it can’t deny it, she’s aware she’s smart and attractive and uses that to her advantage as she can, but she’s also more broken inside than she lets on.

This has made me realize it would be hilarious to watch her invert her typical characters and be the small town girl who moved the the big city where she got overworked and broken hearted only to come home for a Hallmark Christmas and find she always had what she needed waiting for her in a flannel clad handyman with a beat-up pick-up truck and slice of pie at the diner. The twist ending is that she’s actually nuts and this was all a ruse to burn her town to the ground.

Who’ll claim it first? Death metal? Black metal? Punk? Lotta commentary to be made about one picture. Bad Religion could get a two-for-one out of it.
