Arch does not have official FOSS only repo. And IIRC, that is by design

In the context of machine learning, usually a list of numbers that is arranged in a certain way, and is used for mathematical operation. You can think of it as a transfer/transform "function" that takes data as input, and spits out the representation of said data in some other way (that we usually don't know until the training is finished and we analyze the result)

I think you hit the nail on the head there. Arch users are the one that has successfully installed Arch and as a result, got more in-depth knowledge about their own installation.

You know not everyone likes to read a wall of text. Some people prefer watching a video than reading an article. So some people just like to use GUI than CLI, and that's fine.

Because other CPUs don't have this problem. If the game engine is problematic then many other CPUs would show something. The game engine is just the trigger, much like a seizure can be triggered on some people by flashing lights but not others.
