It's been a few years since I touched an xbox or the xbox app, but the last time I installed Forza Horizon 5 xbox/windows store edition on my PC, the download speed was quite literally the least of my issues. Wasn't even that slow.

Actually getting the xbox application to realize I've bought the game on windows store was something I had FAR more trouble with.

It's not necessarily that any of the open models are cheaper to train (for similar model size), it's more that China has deeper pockets. And MoE inference is cheaper than dense models I believe
