i'm finally graduating from high school soon :D oh my god i'm so glad that i'm leaving this shithole behind. anyways hopefully i'll be studying abroad this or next year. i want to transition where i live but surprise surprise "where i live" isn't really nice towards queer people.

should i include that i'm seeking asylum to transition? i feel like its a bit too much as i don't know if i can call myself a refugee. (also i don't want to forfeit my current citizenship lol)

also any uni/college suggestions for computer science? united states is a big nono unless i get accepted by a high ranking college and if it's in a blue state

oh wow, that's not "properly trained"?

(vent not looking for advice)

for context I started seeing a psychologist last week. (I already was talking to a psychiatrist) he said "ooh you're too young make these decisions, you might've manipulated when you were vulnerable" a few times during the session.

My BROTHER in christ, I've been suffering from gender dysphoria for nearly 4 years, it's like someone telling someone "maybe you're supposed to be underwater" whilst drowning. How many times do I need to say typical male identity 100% doesn't fit me and I very well know effects of HRT. And now he wants me to write an short essay on what I went through when puberty began. What the hell do you want me to say, like "i wanna cut my penis off" or "i used to play with dolls when i was little"? after that he asked about my sexuality HOW DO HELL MY SEXUALITY RELATES TO MY GENDER IDENTITY, I especially hated it when he asked why I was trans after I told him I'm bisexual, hate how this type of cis people see gender. Felt like sisyphus trying to roll up the giant boulder while trying to explain how i think and feel.

wish I could see a queer psychologist

I'll maybe give him another chance but I don't think I'll arrange another appointment.

was born in this century, pretty cool thing i must say as a former unborn person

As a person who's been in the closet for the last 4 years, I share the same struggles as you, I'll see someone sharing their transition story/timeline on other social media platforms and get a mood hit instantly.

Seeing other transgender people is basically a reality check for me, reminding me of the harsh reality I live in, the person I actually am, and what it can be.

Hang in there, probably everything will be alright!!

they can't get any lower than this

wtf

just stole it from one of my friends

poor girl is now left unnamed....

that's why i'm trans

do you ever forget that you're trans?

I'm pretty sure that they're not supportive, they didn't learn that I'm trans or anything so I'm fine-ish.

Appointment wasn't bad but wasn't really good either, she told me that pills were for to down dysphoria ramblings.

i wanted to go to therapy to sort things out without transitioning (i can't transition for another at least 2 years because i'm a minor), i'm pretty sure that i'll screw things up if i don't get help

about planned parenthood, i was planning to move the us when i completed high school but after the last election i don't think they will be able to give hrt this easily when trump is midway through his presidency
