Do you mean in programming? Because this is talking about immutable Linux distributions.

Gentoo probably not, I don't have time for compiling everything

Just wanted to say I use gentoo and was going to recommend it. Compile times really shouldn't impact you that much as they're running in background and can be configured to not impact other processes. And compiles are very fast for most applications, it's only the few heavy ones that aren't.

It's Israel

If you respond to violence after living your entire life in a concentration camp, you aren't exactly equal to those who put you there.

Does Gentoo count?

It's not that unpopular. I chose it because it is very powerful. It really makes use of every Linux power there is. It makes solving problems yourself much easier, and customization is big.

The trucks initially went in but initially backed out when Israel bombed the corridor again.

That's the attitude I was talking about 😄

It's actually not bad, surprisingly. I have had issues sometimes, but they're network issues related to my router. I haven't had them in a while.

So I already host a lot of stuff on a raspberry pi 4B. But when I tried to host Jellyfin, encoding was trouble on it, so I used my desktop to host Jellyfin as a quick solution, but using sshfs from the raspberry pi to access the media files. So now I wonder, is it worth it moving Jellyfin to something else? Is it worth it moving the media files to the desktop?

People in Reddit and sometimes here always praise the EU as some bastion of privacy, and I always got downvoted when I said that this isn't always true. And now here we are. I hope people don't forget this after a month, like they always do.

Unfortunately in our late stage capitalism, that wouldn't be a scalable and successful business model, and they'll unfortunately fail as a business.
