Is this game any good? I remember people talking about it a bit when it came out but considering what it is, I was a bit apprehensive.

Honestly, about time. Really have to keep those companies who sell promises with season passes accountable.
That's a good point, I could definitely see them pulling something like what they do with the companion app

Hmmm. Sounds potentially promising hearing it won't be gacha but how are they monetizing it then? Unless they're just using this as an ad or a hook to convert FFXIV mobile players to the main game, basically a glorified demo lol
Man, I have to assume that they'll simply the crap out of abilities and controls because I'm not sure how touchscreen friendly this would be at all lmao
It sounds like what that ffxi mobile game was gonna be, so realistically, it's probably just going to fizzle out too lol
I think that's going to be the most important question honestly. Mobile gamers are notoriously averse to high game pricing, so I'm not sure if a separate sub is going to fly for it. Maybe they'll do a gacha style f2p but mtx model?
