The middle class was created by workers uniting and fighting their oppressors. It was not created by some overlords.
Unions were made by workers to help them organize strikes and formalize demands. When overlords tried to squash them the strikes turned to riots.
People died fighting for 8 hour days and weekends. Don't erase history by making up some bullshit revisionist history that paints the morbidly-rich as being in control the whole time.
