You are arguing that Republicans are, ”To busy keeping their job to do their job”. While that may be true in some cases, I fear that for some of them, breaking the Supreme Court like this was the goal all along.

Incorrect, that is the ”string of pearls” configuration.
This is the best response I've seen.
It's cheaper to pay the fines when accidents happen than it is to run the trains safely. Just the cost of doing business.
I'm sure the historic flooding happening didn't help, either.

There would have been no trial at all. Brown driver would be dead before the vehicle stopped moving. There cops would have made sure of that.
