Isn't it called a requirements.txt because it's used to export your project requirements (dependencies), not all packages installed in your local pip environment?

Please note that posting the script has html-encoded && <> and similar characters so you'll have to replace those with the correct ones (or just get the script from GitHub)

Personally I use a Contabo VPS M - there I can't overuse anything and just get billed a flat amount every month.

I assume Hetzner would be the same, especially if they just list a price per month, and possibly more favorable depending on your location.

My Contabo VPS is hosted in Nürnberg, which is close to me, but depending on where you are you might have a better experience if the server is closer to your physical location.
