It appears so. I had an unrooted S20 with T-mobile and it did have the option to enable RCS (tried it for a bit but it was pretty useless)

Polish state rail operator PKP Intercity is launching a series of journeys along picturesque routes in restored 1980s trains to celebrate its anniversary and allow passengers to “discover new regions of the country at a leisurely pace”.

The weekend-only service, called “Nieśpieszny” (“Unhurried”), will begin operating on 17 April and will offer 40 journeys across all regions of Poland, with routes changing each week

caring a lot about low birth rates and demographic shift (into an aging population). i have litereally never met a single person who's reason for worring about these wasn't just racism. when pressed enough their arguements almost always deteriorate into some variant of the nazi "great replacement" psueudoscience

speaking as a polish person, our government enacted a similar but more restrictive law in 2024, and it's definitely been a positive change. Obviously it wasn't a smooth transition. Do minors still find ways to get around the system and drink energy drinks? Yeah. But because it is no longer convieniant a lot of people either switched to coffee, low caffine energy drinks or stopped drinking them all together
