He could have any houses built and it would increase affordability. If you don't have dense zoning municipally then you need to get rid of greenbelt, to support the urban sprawl.

Every municipal wants to profit off the housing shortage, and this is the end result. Ford can't do anything except rezone and getting booted out, or open greenbelt.

That was what I was asking, if it was worded poorly.

I use pcloud and it has lifetime plans that go on sale quite often. A few hundred got me a terabyte for life.

Obviously not when AMD lapped Intel in market cap.

What was even their moat, dependence on TSMC to fab their chips?

Doesn't Liberal mean freedom, or you're saying it as the Liberal party?

Liberalism is a political and moral philosophy that emphasizes individual rights, liberty, and equality before the law. It advocates for a government that protects personal freedoms and promotes democratic values, often supporting a market economy and civil rights.

Mass transit requires good zoning laws. Government creates problems..

Margins aren't very high on houses for developers, its largely government policy that is the highest cost, largely things like zoning and developer taxes. So how far can prices possibly fall by eliminating the developer profit, 10% as a non-profit, assuming they can do it with the same efficiency?

The largest cities tend to be very Liberal, and zoning laws, developer taxes, and slow pemitting are the worst.

Its financialized due to cheap debt and a shortages, caused by the BoC and the NDP themselves supporting mass immigration.

I don't see anything Avi is pushing to definancialize it, if anything he wants to exacerbate shortages to encourage further speculation. I'd be curious what you think he's suggesting that will accomplish it.

Sure, eat the young to feed the rich old boomers that own all the real estate. Let's see if that resonates.

I'm looking for the best portfolio manager with the most insight. Has anyone tried a variety of them and has one that has been the best for them?

I've got some obscure stocks, where do I go to see the most news on it. Is Yahoo the best, or something paid?

I've got an iPhone for work. I need to use two factor to approve myself from my phone to access secure things from the same phone. Once I open the authenticator I can't get back to the page I was at, and there's no "open windows" square button like Android has, so how do I get back to it so I can enter the 2fa?

Any help is appreciated.

I'm moving Solarwinds over to this; Netbox for documenting network setup and rack diagrams of hardware, with nbxsync to sync Netbox over to Zabbix for uptime monitoring. So far its been amazing and easy to setup, are there any better alternatives to this that you're using?
