The first char appears because your terminal is echoing back what you are typing in. This is the default, and you see it also in most other programs, with password inputs as a big exception. Those tell the terminal in some way that it should disable the echo functionality, and turn it back on after the password has been read. see https://stackoverflow.com/questions/59922972/how-to-stop-echo-in-terminal-using-c for more info

Mine is a bit longer and includes automatically removing unused dependencies: alias update='sudo apt update && sudo apt upgrade && flatpak update && sudo apt autoremove --purge && flatpak remove --unused --delete-data && notify-send '\''update done'\'''

Learn to get around on foot, bike, bus, tram, etc. Find out what kind of ticket is good for your. In German cities the public transportation is relatively good.

Also on sundays nearly every normal store is closed, only restaurants and some other stores like gas stations are open.

(definitely not a lawyer) If you play multiplayer games (especially ranked stuff) you might be going against some "no botting" rule of that games tos.

Analyzing stuff (especially code) down to the last detail on that layer of abstraction. I can tell you one fact about how bad MCreator generated code is, and a lot more about random code bugs (often minecraft related).

The local train line i use nearly daily during the semester.

A bit less reading manga and watching anime.

I also play a bit of osu.

But generally nearly everything that is some kind of intrinsic relation (not names or model numbers but how something works etc.) is interesting for me.
