UPDATE: Last night they reply me an e-mail. They will replace it with the new unit.
Just received my K2 HE today and I just test it on Launcher App website. It's shown the F5 and F10 key is always pressing. I contact thru your support e-mail with my video already, No reply. now the '4' key is pressing randomly, too.
