Same here. I'm on garuda dragonized, and tried out Wayland for a few days and everything you mentioned happened to me. Throw in some mouse focus issues for extra fun!

Which switches did you use? I like the case design too, it's refreshing to not see your standard boxy keyboard.

Garuda linux. I'm running the dragonized gaming distro and have fallen in love with it. A buddy turned me on to it a few months back and it's perfect. Runs all my steam games through proton like a champ.
