i'm guessing a Eurasian Jay from a subspecies that has a black crown & also is photographed from above? (there seems to be more than 1 & i don't know this species well enough to get closer on the subspecies...)

while birb disguising self as a tasty morsel of fruit seems counter intuitive to we fruit-eating species... we can't catch birb & that accippiter over there who can catch birb don't eat cherries so i guess it all works out
Eurasian Tree Sparrow is the full common English name of this species
there are 2 large groups of sparrows, Old World & New World, your Eurasian Tree Sparrow is an Old World Sparrow while American Tree Sparrow is a New World Sparrow that is not too closely related
so... yes ... there are MANY kinds of sparrows + to add more confusion, non birders sometimes call any small brownish bird a sparrow

bird probably has a nest nearby and is hyper aggressive until the little ones fledge
i think you just got to wait it out
when i had Blue Jays (the American kind) nest in my yard i just wore a special hat with lots of metal on it to keep them from hitting me on the head but the smaller birds could take care of themselves because they're more maneuverable-- i think your smaller birds will come back when the Jays finish
