@wav3ydave Oh, interesting! I'm struggling with a road bike's tubeless setup at the mo, and was thinking of giving up and sticking a tube in. Maybe TPU and this is what I've been looking for.

Your levers ought to be fine, but more modern ones do tend to have more ergonomic hoods which can make for more/comfier riding positions. Maybe something retro-ish like: https://www.sjscycles.co.uk/brake-levers/origin8-classique-sport-drop-road-brake-levers-silver-black/
