Stress kills. Losing everything, that will add a significant amount of stress I’m sure. Not surprising to be honest, interesting that I’ve never seen it brought up when discussing deaths as a result of natural disasters.

I'm glad that a portion of the money fined will go towards the activists actually rehabilitating/rehoming these beagles.
