Soda and juice is too sweet for me.
A lot of music in public spaces is too loud.

I'm in the unfortunate phase of my "homelab" where I have about 300TB of storage spread amongst 3 continents. Civilization will fail before I lose all of my data.
Video: ‘When I saw the devastation, I just went back home and cried,’ Tornado in Cave City leaves town torn apart
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Arkansas Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders is asking a federal agency to reverse its decision about storm victims in the state.
The governor’s office said in a Friday statement that Sanders is appealing to FEMA to reverse its decision to deny the Arkansas Major Disaster Declaration for individual and public assistance. The declaration was for the storms and tornadoes that crossed the state on March 14 and 15. Arkansas to appeal federal denial for individual assistance after March 14 storms
The governor’s office statement said the following counties are in the original request: Baxter, Stone/Sharp, Hempstead, Independence/Randolph, Sharp/Randolph, Nevada, Independence/Jackson, Randolph/Clay, Woodruff, Clay, and Greene counties.
“Arkansas communities are still recovering from this spring’s tornadoes, as the sheer magnitude of this event resulted in overwhelming amounts of debris, widespread destruction to homes and businesses, the tragic loss of three lives, and injuries to many others,” The governor said. “To relieve the burden on these counties, cities, and towns, I am appealing FEMA’s decision to deny Arkansas’ Major Disaster Declaration request.” Noem says she plans to ‘eliminate FEMA’
Sanders requested the Major Disaster Declaration relief on April 2. On April 18, she asked for a 30-day extension of time.
I have a chase sapphire reserve (visa) that has a credit limit of $24,000. I don't understand why you keep picking cards with low credit limits. Do your research first then apply. Plus credit limits are based on your history with the bank and your annual income. If you have a low income, then they won't approve a large credit limit.
Also do you not read the sign on the stores you shop at? Pretty sure they advertise which card network they accept.
You can also literally call customer service and ask for the stipulations for an increase.
Credit cards are not your clothes.
Just remember, the media is owned by the rich.
Setting up my own NAS and offside backup.
Big project for sure, but being in control of my vital backups was important for me. Additionally the up front costs is lower than the subscriptions I would have needed.
Just take out the wifi module. If you need wifi just use a USB adapter. That's your kill switch.
Just put an elaborate check list.
Then promptly feel like you're wasting your own time doing the check list everyday.
Then think you're too good for the check list.
Then get surprised when your kid is dead.

I wanted to figure out the call of a bird, then I downloaded Merlin, and now I bought a 400mm lens to get sick photos of birds. What the hell happened
Together, the enclosure and adapter come to roughly $2,300 before the GPU even enters the equation, pushing the total cost of the setup past $5,000. At least for now, that places CopprLink firmly in the realm of enterprise hardware rather than enthusiast gaming.
I'll stick with Oculink for now.
