Does anyone remember the son's name in the movie?
I honestly thought you were meaning to give them trash. I never feel bad about dropping off old furniture and junk at chain thrift stores making profit run by wackadoos. Dropping off after hours saves me a trip to the dump. Much cheap for me too.

Rad! I started Remnant last weekend with some friends and we are going again this weekend.
Max out your tire size. Like big fat tire style. You can sometimes get really big tires depending on your setup. Schwalbe Fat Frank 26´´ x 2.35 was the biggest I could get and they where great.
Let some air out for snow. Works especially well with packed snow and ice.
