How far back do you think worker protections go, specifically in the context of punishment?

Strapping (beating someone with a leather strap... Sounds familiar here) was common in factories in the 1800s.

You didnt have to be a slave to get beat/whipped/more.

Just to check and be sure its not hardware, have you done a clean boot and run a stress test?

Going through your comments, it was way more than just that one. You're pretty salty all over this thread, and you're not really reading what people are saying, just repeating a lot.

So probably I would too, yeah.

Right now it's got some private info in there, but I've been meaning to make it sanitized to share, so I'll let you know

As I see it...

DC Comics is better at large scale world building, Marvel better at the single character story.

Marvel movies have been better for large scale world building, and DC just hasnt been great with their movies. And marvel has been going downhill.

Still enjoy them all though!

Not really the question I was answering, but that's not actually a health connect problem.

Withings had an issue, and the way they were connecting to it, which caused a battery drain. To be specific, withings health mate was constantly reading health connect data, which caused a massive power drain.

I'm not aware of any other battery issues with health connect other than Withings and their Health Mate app (specifically reading, not writing).

(Edit: why, why would autocorrect change writing to riding? For shame. To me, for not noticing sooner.)

Knowing corporate gyms.... Probably.

Proxmox is a server OS based on Debian which is oriented on running virtual machines and Linux containers.

The physical server runs proxmox. The services can all be individual containers (LXC's).

Adding to the number of servers (and migrating containers later) is a benefit of Proxmox, since you can buy another PC to be a server later, and easily expand as you go.

Theists have been saying all the fun people are going to hell for... Well, longer than anyone possibly on Lemmy has been alive.

Then add in the idea that the Abrahamic God is perfect is so incredibly foreign and laughable that we have to assume you aren't taking the response seriously.

Now I can't say this for everyone, but probably a good number agree with me - we don't believe in God. And if God did exist, we think God is a total dick. And if we were to have the choice of being around that dick and all the people that like that kind of a total dick, who behave like total dicks themselves because they worship that complete dick of a deity, we want to be in the place that contains the opposite.

TL;Dr, I bet they are being very serious about the question.
