I think there is an alarmingly high number of users with a very large amount of heavily downvoted bad takes... usually from specific homeservers but not always. I've seen a whole lot more blatantly terrible attitudes compared to reddit.

The API documentation is extremely bad, especially for non-JS devs, and the developers defend it saying there's nothing wrong and no plans to change it. People are always getting confused about how to use it to get the information they want and often never find any good help.

I am not hopeful that it will grow positively.

Well, whether anything is problematic or not is highly subjective.

Do you consider no headphone jack to be problematic? Or that some think it was done intentionally to push their wireless headphones?

What about the use of slave labor? After realizing it was impossible to get away from that, they tweaked their slogan from a fair phone to a "fairer" phone.

Some only use a VPN for geoblocks, like to watch the Netflix content of another country... and in that case I think it makes more sense.

The proposal is very clear about this exclusion. Since domain name registrars and registries don’t host any content, they fall outside its scope.

Actually it is already possible to do this, there are even tools made specifically for doing so.

Plus if the registrar also provides DNS services, that can be used to "host" content (or links to it) as well.
