I just want a pre-assembled rpi-ish device with a touchscreen and 99% enclosed case that anyone can buy and drop an SD card in. I know FCC testing makes this prohibitively expensive for many companies but I still want it. It would make so many products I want to sell actually feasible.

Sorry I'm not sure I understand what it is you think I'm missing. It's FOSS, works on Linux, has a CLI, works for both files and directories... please enlighten me what I got wrong?

usually if it doesn't have good working drivers on BSD, there's a good reason and it's probably better that you didn't use that hardware in the first place. if it was a well-established, reliable adapter then typically it would already have a driver.

Why can't we have bulk downloads of the main A records for most domains similar to IP block owners? Even if they have to be updated often... I think it could increase privacy.
