It's all fun and games until you hear how they really plan to get this idea cookin.

Ya know, there's an entire organization within the US government who's whole job it is to prevent this kind of discrimination (that isn't actually happening).

The CFPB

Which organization has Trump (and the Republicans in general) tried to get rid of over and over again?

The CFPB

Person drives up and starts bitching at this guy.

His response?

"I have no words." [Throws his hands up]

I don't know how you can even listen with all that hare under the stethoscope!

The worm in his brain is just trying to reproduce 🤷

That's why he brought his children.

I don't believe he thinks that abstractly. Maybe his advisors will tell him as such and he'll do it but I have my doubts.

He wants his followers to love and worship him. Not operate in a, "I scratch your back, you scratch mine" sort of way. He just wants the, "you scratch my back" part.

By pardoning them he's sending a message that he'll do something for them for free. That's not how Trump operates. He's going to want something immediately in return; power or money or both. The Jan 6th insurrectionists don't have much of either.

Trump chose his secret service detail based on loyalty, not competence.

It's evidence that progress really is marching forward one grave at a time.

Example: When famous people do an AMA. E.g. Obama did an AMA on Reddit and he was verified with a photo that would be very easy to fake today using AI.

You're using DARE as a positive example‽ the DARE program is widely considered to be an enormous failure. Here's a decent rundown:

https://www.talkitoutnc.org/dare-program-effectiveness/#:~:text=program%20failed%20to%20live%20up,rate%20of%20teen%20drug%20use.

(But if you just search it up you'll find hundreds of similar articles)

I was in school when the DARE program was quite strongly promoted and I specifically remember being fed endless misinformation about drugs. It was never about educating children it was about trying to scare them with bullshit.

"If they were wrong about marijuana being addicting they're probably wrong about everything else..."

...aaaaand that's how young people ended up trying all sorts of new things they shouldn't have.

Note that "at the border" in Florida means one of the following:

  • Georgia
  • Alabama
  • The Atlantic Ocean
