Because lots of people thought that the previous ux was idiotic. Why are dms included with servers? That makes no sense? Why do dms disappear from the server list after you open them? It’s idiotic UX and the new way is much better. DMs are always reachable immediately and you don’t have to understand what the icons mean in order to find DMs. For my wife who uses discord maybe ten times a year, this will make her hate discord so much less.

There’s a place in Colorado called Buena Vista, yes, named in Spanish for good view. The locals all state that it’s Spanish. But they want it to be unique, so no, it’s not pronounced bwena. It’s fucking pronounced byunah. They literally know they’re pronouncing it wrong, they claim that it’s Spanish, and then they still say you’re pronouncing it wrong if you actually say it correctly.

I’m definitely going to use this. I do not understand how people care about famous people at all. Can you extend the extension to apply to literally anything like it. I don’t care about celebrities, their babies, what they ate for lunch, etc.
