Same same, it’s killing me not feeling okay enough to bring my little ones swimming. I await the post op stage where I can spend my summers just having fun with my kids without navigating my wardrobe so much to simple feel alright existing.

Nail hardener or strengthener can help it last longer and protect nails a bit. HRT can leave some less than ideal nails compared to what you may have been used to growing.

Almost at 2 years on HRT though so it’s less of a nuisance but the pit I succumb into when I do get dysphoria about it has grown with every waiting day.

Despite being a more recent adopter of proton for mail myself, they also have essentially a replacement suite for Google, there’s a proton drive. Admittedly, I don’t have experience with it as I’ve not for collaboration and have been migrating more and more away from clouds.

How did anyone spend their day? While there were community events and gatherings, I chose to try and get fresh air and ground in nature. Went a little out, parked near a trail, and enjoyed our second spring stroll (weather was nice too) with my wife and two little kids (5&2).

Things aren’t perfect and I still am working towards some “end” goals, but it is nice to have an opportunity to reset and try and change my mind into looking forward… and recalibrate my rage for my further existence and progress.
