I don't regret the times I show anger at work, but it's a definitely a fine line that can leave me feeling a bit uneasy afterwards. It's one of the "social capital" things; you need to earn enough good will to spend your anger on the battles that really matter to you.
Guys. This problem is solved already. Landlock, bubblewrap, UNIX DAC.
This article sucks, just watch the video of it.
Pretty much everyone I've talked to about this says the same thing. LLMs are useful for one-off scripts or quickly generating boilerplate. It just turns out that those tasks don't make up the majority of programming work unless you are in a bullshit job anyway.
We aren't yet great at knowing when LLM will save time and when it will inflate time.
I've started seeing large AI generated pull requests in my coding job. Of course I have to review them, and the "author" doesn't even warn me it's from an LLM. It's just allowing bad coders to write bad code faster.
Welp, I guess we didn't need a terrorist attack to justify war with Iran after all.
Saving Private Ryan
I like Spielberg, but compared to others in the war drama genre like Band of Brothers or Full Metal Jacket, SPR is laughably bad.
The tone of the movie, trying to be more inspirational than realistic, was awkward at best. Acting was pretty mediocre, probably because the script and characters were 1 dimensional.
It completely disregards the historical context of the war. You could watch this movie and learn absolutely nothing about the history of WWII.
Now Band of Brothers. That was some amazing retelling of true war stories. It wasn't trying to be inspirational. It was just honest about the chaos and brutality of war. That made it harrowing heartbreaking, infuriating, and inspirational all at once.

The most important part IMO.
Using discord for this is such a bonehead move.
It's so ironic how many downvotes this is getting in the context of this thread.
That's a US Supreme Court case. The OP case is in Australia.

I do appreciate some of the philosophy of Hey, like cherishing the human-to-human section of your inbox. But it's simply not worth the price tag. Also now that DHH has proudly proclaimed he does not read any of the code, I don't think it's even worth it for free, if I'm gambling with my data. I just self-host Stalwart and Bulwark.
