I'm an electrical engineer by education. Got my first job in industrial automation, and have worked through several roles and fields over 13 years. I'm now an IT architect at a large industrial company, working on embedded device connectivity, message brokering and data management. Love my job! :)

Getting back into rain world, and playing the new downpour dlc.
I actually found long distance running as a coping mechanism, after struggling for years with stress and emotional drainage.
It's been great for both mental and physical well being.
Been working from home for 3,5 years now, and I find it overwhelmingly positive since since we also have scheduled time in office from time to time. However, if I were to apply for a job I’d probably look for a hybrid setup with an office nearby. That because as nice as working from home is, I find it hard to beat the creative productivity when being in the same room.
I'm a ways away from retirement, but i also have a dream of working on open-source and product that others can use. :)
