Offset, not solve.
They pollute, but don't want to have to deal with fixing it.
So they buy other pollution (easier & cheaper to deal with than their own pollution) and "dispose" of it.

Like carbon offsets. Planting trees offsets co2 pollution. So polluters can keep on pumping out co2 as long as they plant enough trees.

Or do their billionaire pals that have exploited humanity for decades just own the mainstream media... so they don't have to bother with independent media: cause they have dozens of not hundreds of full time staff figuring out how to increase viewership.

That's great news!

Ukraine currently has fewer than 1,000 terminals connecting to Eutelsat's network, but Berneke [Eutelsat CEO] said the company aims to increase this to between 5,000 and 10,000 "relatively fast."

A Eutelsat spokesperson, Joanna Darlington, said discussions are ongoing regarding further funding from Germany and the EU.

Starlink, which provides service to over 50,000 Ukrainian military, medical, and civilian users, has faced uncertainty over continued access.

Excellent work. Will be interesting to see how "relatively fast" plays out, and if other countries step up.
Musk cannot be relied upon as a military ally. Well, for some governments at least...

I don't think smart phones are conventional communications. The are smart. They are still the "tech of tomorrow".
Smart phones use conventional communications to do very clever things. But those clever things are range limited and require specialised equipment. They also have absolutely no "hackability" without specialised equipment (easy to get, sure... But still pretty much single purpose)

AM is literally a couple caps, inductors, resistors (edit: and diode) then an amplifier (a couple transistors and resistors). And the range of lower frequency radio waves is (or can be) phenomenal.
It's just that it takes some experience to operate on these frequencies, and their bandwidth is limited.

Smart phones do away with the experience requirements, and trade higher frequencies & higher data rates for range (and I guess trade digital encoding for simplicity)

I see parallels to software.
People are nervous to "side loading apps" on their phone, but have no issues downloading and installing an exe on windows.
Smart phones give you the "this is how" kind of experience, and abstract away the sheer amount of technology they leverage. Which is amazing, and is what makes them smart!
But the underlying technology is phenomenal. And I feel it's a shame that the majority of people don't have any understanding of "installing an app" or similar (like calling internet access "WiFi".... 2 distinct things!)

Yeh, that's how the scientific method works.
Observations don't support a model, or a model doesn't support observations.
Think of a reason why.
Test that hypothesis.
Repeat until you think it's correct. Hopefully other people agree with you.

People are also working on modifying General Relativity and Newtonian Dynamics to try and fix the model, while other people are working on observing dark matter directly (instead of it's effects) to further prove the existing models.

Tbh, POE isn't a feature most people need. And it's quite expensive, takes up a lot of room, and generates quite a bit of heat.
You can get inline POE extractors that spit out 5v usb/jack or 12 jack. I use them quite a lot, and they are much cheaper than PoE hats

This seems like a XY problem. You are asking how to do X, when actually you need to be doing Y.

Your description is either too vague, or something I have never encountered.
It seems like what you have is Service A, Service B, and a client.
Service B doesn't have access to user credentials stored in Service A, but Service B has to know that the client has provided valid credentials for Service A.
At no point can the client make a request to Service A.
The client only makes requests to Service B.
And this has to be a username/password combination.

Is that right?

Implementing security tech from 2003 that is deprecated, especially considering it's SHA1 (which was deprecated 10 years ago) is not a good idea. Like, just store the password plaintext level of bad idea.
You either have to reasses what you actually want to do to ensure it is actually secure, or you are not describing your goal well (XY problem : "how do I implement WSSE on SOAP" instead of "I'm trying to do Y")
