I used it until I switched to kagi. It was fine. Search results are better on Kagi and I’m not giving any information to Microsoft, but planting trees is nice.

To get most of the good features of fish in zsh you have to install a bunch of plugins. And it’s way slower than fish as well. I used zsh for like 6 years and when I switched to fish (probably in 2018 or 19) I’ve never gone back. Fish is just so much better.

They’re trying to avoid any sort of automated license plate reader. Toll, red light cameras, flock cameras, police scanners, scanners for paid parking, they might be criminals, stolen the vehicle, etc.

Yeah I’ve literally never had anyone bail on a party. If they are they just aren’t your friends (if they’re doing it consistently, things do happen of course).

I don’t agree with the invite everyone thing, but my brother-in-law does that and it seems to work for him. My wife and I hate it though because he always invites the worst people just because he’s trying to make sure people actually show up. So we get terrible ex girlfriends at things like a family camping weekend.

The reasoning is just entirely backwards. I don’t even bike and I know that adding bike lanes, even without someone using them reduces traffic collisions in cars alone. Not to mention it reduces congestion by reducing the number of lanes.

Last year I had 2200 or something like that open, but I haven’t counted this year. FF handles it fine. Chrome wasn’t ever able to handle more than a hundred or so. I haven’t used chrome in 6 or 7 years now though.
