That’s exactly the problem it solved. Turns out the majority of people against congestion pricing in NYC were people that didn’t even live in NYC, just out of towners that would go in once a month if that. The people actually living in NYC were overwhelmingly in favor of it.

I play a ton of DnD and pathfinder. I just didn’t get the comic. Especially about the stillborn child, which wouldn’t be stillborn if it was saved. And the final two panels didn’t make sense to me at all so thanks for explaining that. I didn’t get 3 of the 4 panels.
