So, overall, in the list of things that "worry you" this is so low, it barely registers, right?
Because it literally requires congress to do it.
And the rest of Americans rarely get charged for it... Its only used as an "add on" when there's other charges already.
The human right to keep and bear arms is in our constitution
So, yes, abridging a right, to a class of people, is saying they are subhuman, and not deserving of the full spectrum of rights there for all humans.
And you will see those "openings" all the time.
