I've got an android. I didnt do much research and just downloaded boost because of its popularity on the Google play store.
Does voyager look the way boost does? (Im not entirely clear on why there are so many versions of lemmy and of their client apps because I am sorta not a techie person)

Thanks for your insightful comment. Yes, there are probably some better places to talk. I have been considering psychology recently to help with my problems.
However, sometimes at ungodly hours in the morning, I just need someone to talk to who is there and awake. I was hoping to find a community here for that while reddit has me shadowbanned.

They definitely knew who they were targeting when they made this. I only hope that, if those predators simply must text with a child, they keep talking to an ai bot rather than a real child.

Yes, its messed up. In my experience, it is difficult to report chat bots and see any real action taken as a result.
It really IS ridiculous. I even took a beginners coding class in high school. In the end, we will always needs programmers so if coding is your thing, keep doing it.
But I would personally rather construct a small home with my bare hands than learn to properly program. (I am not good at it...haha)

But it would really be amazing if the fighting WOULD stop. Even for a little while. We've all been at the breaking point for a long time (liberal, republican, and everyone in between). We are all paranoid about so many different things and suspicious of our own government.
While the meme is just a silly joke, magic would be nice.
