What data centers are net energy negative? Maybe if they designed the building inefficiently large and then placed solar panels on the roof... Maybe. But I haven't seen any articles or papers or evidence of such a data center. Maybe some have on premise energy generators like natural gas but they are inherently less efficient than the state/federal/municipality ran ones which operate on a larger scale and enjoy the benefits of doing such.

Not exactly what you ask for but I still find it funny... When I was a child we still had 3.5 floppy disks. A friend convinced me that you get computer viruses like you get human viruses. If you rub dirt from outside on the tape inside the disk there is a chance you could put a virus on the disk.

Did it cause a computer virus? No! Did it destroy the disk drive? Yes! Were my parents mad? Absolutely!

Depends on how bad it is for, I got hired once with a 6 month temp to perm contract. Between 5.5 and 6.5 months you got called into the boss's office and either given an offer letter or were let go. No extensions no re-signing. Not the best but not horrible. Later it was changed to up to 3 years of contractor at which point you needed to be "let go" for 6 weeks and then maybe be offered another contract. That's some bullshit.

You do. When you press submit it sends a http post message with your information. They are not reading your keyboard input on a website. You can verify this with wireshark and any website with a form.

Yeah some places with apps MAY do as you say like Facebook such with full permissions to your phone. That said its still sent as a http post request, just recorded locally and then sent as a giant packet.

That's why they have the submit button. Otherwise they would have way too many transactions. "a" then "d" then "a" and then "m" and have to concatinate them on the server plus initial packet saying they are getting a first name. Then another that you stopped focusing on first name.

Now how do you handle if I typed adan and go back to correct it? Some apps might do this but general web development(99.999%) doesn't.

It's a issue of taste...

Ok, i have first hand experience in this. My child has severe autism, liver issues, and epilepsy. He had a seizure at school, because the pharmacy was out of stock of his medication and we ran out. They got stock back in but never notified us. So someone, I'm assuming the school but don't have any proof, issued a medical neglect notice to cps. They came to the apartment, interviewed us(everything was nice they were very cordial) and investigated the claim.

When everything came back verified and we showed the multiple doctors he regularly visits (I had to request extra time off work just to handle his appointments, never mind vacation) they dismissed the case. Yes he had a seizure(it's not uncommon for him) and yes I understand it's important he's taken care of. But there are some cases where it's truly not medical neglect just our poor health system at fault.

Some of these are useful if combined... For example imagine fighting an enemy, you turn so your left arm is towards you, yell the command word and start flying upward(left arm around towards him/her since tight circles) with invisible hand rip off cloak and drop it! Now there is a owl bear fighting him/her while you can disengage to drink a healing potion.
