When I was in school the had us do this mental health / stress questionnaire. It was graded something like less than 20 your pretty stress free, 20-40 average stress level, 40-60 high stress, 60+ you should seek professional help dealing with stress.

I got 97... In the previous 2 years, my father got cancer, died, my mother lost her job, family dog died, I failed a class. Each of them was 15 points and there were some minor ones I also check off. I was taken out of class, had meeting with principal guidance counselor and mother and the school required me to see a psychiatrist... surprise that series of events didn't lower my stress

I tried donating blood once and never again. They ask way too many questions... "whose blood is this?" "where did you get it?" "why is it in buckets?" blah blah blah

While I support people to find what ever relationship makes them happy, choosing a relationship type based on "that other group must suck" sounds like a horrible way to be.

You want to be in a poly bi relationship great, go do you. But being like "I choose this because the others must be worst." seems toxic and hurtful.

I get vaccines for diseases that don't even exist... Everyone has the small poxs vaccine but I also have medium poxs and even large poxs vaccination.

I will say one I don't recommend is I got the mumps vaccine so I figured I should get a dumps vaccine... It just made me really constipated.

/s this is a joke, yes get your vaccines but only ones for real diseases...

I had an old roommate do this. He purchased plane tickets from American Airlines and they had the option to pay through PayPal. He choose that option. Money went through, and tickets were immediately canceled by A A. He called them and they said "that's a bug that happens sometimes. The tickets will be refunded in 5-7 business days, just place the order again and it should work."

It didn't work.

He called them again at 805 the next morning. He got told the same line. He refused to hang up until it was made right. He was on the phone with that poor agent for 11. 5 hours. Eventually she just said" look sir, you were my first call of the day and I'm now on overtime, I'm transferring you to my manager".

Manager did make it right, he got free tickets(about $800 dollars), an additional $1600 on future flight vouchers, and about a week later the transactions were reversed. He came out of it with 2400 in profit. That said 11.5 hours on the phone making small talk with customer serviceand refusing to hang up might just push me over the edge.

Years ago when I was a late teen and living at my mother's, she was at work as a cashier. She called my one morning and this was the conversation : Mom - do me a favor, go into my bedroom my phone should be on the nightstand. Can you grab it and bring it to me?

Me - you're at work on break right?

Mom - yeah

Me - how are you calling me?

Mom - silence

Mom - nevermind, I have it....

I've told this story before it's funny so I'll repeat it... It was the early 2000s and I heard a song on the radio where a man made a bunch of funny sounds with his voice and the only lyrics I remembered were "I'm the scat man". I was interested to see what else he made...

I went on to kazza and search "scat man", found a video I assumed was a music video and downloaded... Several hours later (56k modem)...

My childhood was lost forever.

I had a Microsoft support scammer once... I let him in to my system too..well not really.

I quickly spin up a quick fresh install of slack ware Linux in a virtual machine that didn't even have x11 never mind wine installed. When it was up I told him a friend uses something called tellynet (aka telnet but I was playing dumb) to help me on the computer.

He telnetted in and could not understand why any of his malware wasn't working...
