They are working on it. The TETRA standard is from the 90s, and by now the last fire departments are switching to it (TETRA)

Maybe 20 years between the federal decision and the last county implementing the new standard.

Das Bild ist frühestens von 1994, da würde das Taktische Luftwaffengeschwader 51 aufgebaut, ab dem ersten Tag mit Tornados. Einsatzorte waren Italien (Jugoslawien/KAFOR) und später dann Afghanistan. Heimatfliegerhost ist in Schleswig-Holstein.
