I only see three though.

Downtown Houston in 1970s was a massive parking lot. It was estimated that nearly 50% of the downtown land area was dedicated solely to parking. in c/interestingasfuck@lemmy.world

Up to about 2015, downtown Dallas was like that too. Then a lot of the spaces sold to become mixed use high rises.

The whole memory replay thing gets abandoned after you do it a couple of times until Phantom Liberty I think. I wouldn't worry too much about that aspect of the gameplay.

I lived in the north east and Texas and have never heard anyone calling money either of those things (pence and Big Tex whatever-the-fucks).
