I literally just saw someone do this in a zoom meeting today... might have been the first time I ever saw it

I think I figured it out... grey ones are all newer. Once a comment hits 5 hours old, it turns black

I'm referring to the background colour of the comments. At first I thought it was the difference between top level comments and replies, but that's not it.
