First world problem: I thought I could get away with cooking up leftover rice and pairing it with a can of tuna but because my fridge is full of veg I have to cook some of them so I can fit my beer in there for Friday.

rice + tuna + random veg + cheese + microwave. Easy tuna melt solution?

I have some pork steaks so I'm thinking a stir fry with a runny egg on top.

Tomorrow maybe a zucchini lasagne.

Of course it may completely change getting towards dinner time.

Might do a fried rice. Like I said things might change.

Leftover rice is arancini in potential.
