Israel has had the military capacity to literally flatten Gaza and the West Bank for decades and kill every single Palestinian. They haven't. If they wanted to do a genocide they wouldn't need to "attempt" - they could just do it.

Hamas would do it if they could. They have stated that they would. Not just the military and political leaders but all jews as they displayed on Oct. 7th.
