Running that on PC and I recommend waiting until a few patches have been. Later in the game you run into game breaking issues.
I highly doubt this ancient game is getting any patches.
Do mods work on Linux? I haven't played the older stalker games and I heard there is a big modding scene behind these games, wanting to try it out on my Linux rig

Are we now talking about the original stalker or the new one? I have had the old one working with mods but it needed a lot of love to get it working.
Yeah the original, i heard mods play a big role in keeping the original playable, not sure how accurate that is, but I'm excited to tinker and hopefully get it running
A year ago or so I played the originals on Linux with just a few mods don't remember which ones. Only 2 or so nessesary ones. I also installed gamma and anomaly but I didn't play those much, got them working though!
They are talking is about Stalker 1, you are talking about Stalker 2.
