If you are reading this chances are you are overweight.
I know I am, but I'm sucked dry in every other aspect of my life and unfortunately food and drink are my unhealthy way of coping.
I'd really like to eat better and exercise more, and I very much have the means to do so. But I can't muster the motivation. I hate this.
I believe in you doctordevice, whether you makes changes or not. I have big motivation issues. For me a set of push-ups everyday was enough to start building a bit of a routine for a while. Eventually it was 100 a day and sometimes I’d do sit-ups or squats too.
Tony Robbins
I don’t know if Tony Robbins is a cool guy or not but I always liked the quote. Only learning just now who said it so I could share it with you.

You'll stay that way until you stop thinking that way. Force yourself to stick to an exercise schedule and don't stop. Be it gym, or hiking, or biking, or whatever.
Overweight < obese.
