Hurling ordure at the TREACLES, especially those closely related to LessWrong.
AI-Industrial-Complex grift is fine as long as it sufficiently relates to the AI doom from the TREACLES. (Though TechTakes may be more suitable.)

Your corporate boss just saw an article about AI (yt short)
Painfully accurate. All I keep hearing from my boss is, "We're falling behind. Everybody else is already capitalizing on AI and we're not." If I ask what our competitors are using it for then it becomes clear they aren't. It's the other companies at conferences that he's comparing us to, with use cases that aren't even in our industry.

such a fucking abysmal format, coming along only because ~~twitter~~ ~~periscope~~ ~~facebook-lying-to-everyone~~ ~~quibi~~ "tiktok" popularity made every bigtech shitlord feel product fomo and decide they had to do it ritenao just in case they miss the next big thing, despite afterward still sitting on the exact same extractivist bullshit as their source of money as before
