What makes you think this is ai? I dont see any of the telltale artefacts

Nothing in that picture makes sense from a firefighting perspective especially how many hoses there are

Doing a reverse image search, i cant find an original source, but it was first posted on Tumblr in late 2020. Could be AI, but i doubt it since it would have been from months before Dalle was released.
