Maybe. Can board members of a non-profit "impeach" another board member?

Not sure if they have the guts to oust its founder.

Probably not and he doesn't have the self-awareness to resign, so it's a real shame. I doubt their "mission" will change from these comments, but it leaves a sour enough taste to force people to look elsewhere, me included.
