- No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in a ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be banned without warning

lol, as though I’ve been watching or reading the news for the last three weeks
I love how people say this like ignorance is a flex or something
It's a defense mechanism. They know what's been going on. You're being ignorant blaming people for hating the situation.
Sadly we should be vigilant, and the majority of news that is being broadcasted is a distraction, they actual evil shit they do is done quietly.
For example majority of EO he signed are from project 2025, schedule F was signed, he renamed one department to DOGE, and mandated 4 "DOGE" people to be part of every US agency. The whole DOGE thing doesn't look like it was about efficiency, but about having tight control over other departments.
Which lane is it?
This is a misrepresentation of what they're saying (setting aside that these are two different people who might believe different things). The original comment said they haven't paid attention to the news at all these last few weeks, not that they "haven't been following every piece of news". Categorically, not paying attention at all, paying attention to literally every piece of news, and trying to be vigilant and find the relevant news are three completely separate things, and you brought up one that nobody was doing or suggesting.
Your misreading what op meant, and you know it.
If you don't know it then you're just flat out wrong.
