BYD is heavily subsidized by China. Tariffs to offset the Chinese subsidies are reasonable.

My dude one thing communism clearly does worse is foster reading comprehension.

China may make a good car, but they’re not actually socialist or truly communist anymore, and further the primary issue that is being discussed is subsidizing something for market saturation, a decidedly capitalist move on Chinas part.

You gotta be a little less on the nose.
