Rules:

- No memes, trolling, misinformation, or low-effort posts/comments (including reposts). If you see posts like this that anger you, do not engage. Report, block, and live a happier life than they do. Any slap-fight is subject to comment removals. Fights full of rule violations will result in temporary bans to cool off.
- No manipulating votes via bots or alt accounts; this will result in permanent bans. Vote based on comment quality, not agreement. This community aims to foster discussion; please reward people for putting effort into articulating their viewpoint, even if you disagree with it.
- No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in an account ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be permanently banned.
We ask that the users report any comment or post that violate the rules and use critical thinking when reading, posting, and commenting. Users that repeatedly have comments or posts removed, weaponize reports, or violate the code of conduct, will be banned.
All posts and comments will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. This means that some content that violates the rules may be allowed, while other content that does not violate the rules may be removed. And nothing will be done about it.
There’s no agency to ride to the rescue. It’s just the government and We The People, for better or worse.
I'm sure that Schumer and Jefferies will be looking for a nice bipartisanship solution to deny women the right to vote here.
Composing a sternly worded letter as we speak, which only 75% of the Dems will sign.
Maybe saint Luigi will visit us.
I don't think we're going to see any lasting improvements unless the Republicans are forcibly removed from power.
The real irony here is that this will probably hurt Republicans a lot more than it hurts Democrats.
Most of the Dems are fucking useless. The rest range into acquiescent. We have to stop this dichotomy. Dems had control and they couldn't even prevent Trump from running again, in spite of J6. They couldn't even stop deep throating Natanyahu long enough to beat him.
The Dems aren't going to save us and will have to be removed also.
Technically, states get the final say in running elections, but I'm sure at least a few will fold.
