Warning from Malwarebytes about a compromised instance? (self.support)

I really wish I knew more about this stuff, but every time I switch from Local to Subscribed Malwarebytes gives me a popup warning me that lemmy.world is compromised and blocked (even though I'm still seeing posts from communities there) but that's all it's telling me. Should I be avoiding that instance?

Yep, it was big news at the time. There was at least one other instance compromised, but lemmy.world was the biggest.

We even had a lemmy.nz post about it here: https://lemmy.nz/post/325329
