I really want this thing to be locally manufactured, but the electronics and battery will most probably come from Asia anyway...

@exchange12rocks@lemm.ee : Thanks for looking deeper into it. While I don't have access to LI, that's suspicious indeed. So either they're lying outright, or maybe final assembly happens in France at least. I guess that's the best you can hope for nowadays. Very disappointing.
